The company’s product is based on research by Prof.

Michael Eisenbach of the Weizmann Institute of Science, who demonstrated how sperm navigate toward the egg on the basis of small changes in temperature en route and in the womb, and that this process naturally selects sperm with a greater chance of survival.

ReproMed’s product mimics the womb’s natural environment and minute temperature gradients, thereby selecting in advance stronger sperm for fertilization.

Billions of dollars are spent on fertility treatments every year in the West.

ReproMed was co-founded in 2004 by Dr.

Daniel Katz, a former marketing manager at Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT) and a founder of Wisebands Ltd., and by Eran Cohen, who serves as CEO.
